So Glee Season 3 just came out a few days ago, and I watched it. Just in that one episode they have started numerous plots for Glee's storyline. Hopefully, the show will be less hectic and fast-paced as the plots grow bigger. And I cannot wait for Damian McGinty to show up, hes gorgeous.
Anyway, so I think Glee is an actually very inspiring show. It shows some of the underdogs who join together and get friends. I mean, they all have extraordinary voices, so they cant exactly be total underdogs, but I like the over all theme of Glee "Acceptance." I love how they get slushied, and are frozen for a second, but carry through their lives like nothing happened. I know that is not necessarily realistic, but thats what its trying to teach. Even though others hate you, dont let it bother you. Because the reason you go to school is grades, and grades are the only thing that are actually going to count after school. Your social group? It wont count. What you wore? It wont count. Everything that happends in school is forgettable, with the exception of grades. But even if your not good with books and homework and school, you just need to find what you are good at. Because everyones good at something--and im not just making that up. Ive seen it from experience.
This girl named Lily isnt very pretty or good at singing or dancing, but she is great at school and grades and is very smart. This other girl named Brooke is terrible at acting, but is amazing at singing. This guy named Griffin isnt very good at acting or singing, but has a big stage prescence anyway, and is very, very good at talking. And believe me, its a talent that all of the teachers have notices, and me too.
Dont have any of these talents? Well these are just a couple people I gave as an example, there are many, many mroe things to be good at, and many many more things to be bad at!
Me? Terrible at singing. Good at acting. Average in looks, grades, dancing, drawing, music... below average at sports, activeness.
That doesnt mean I still dont play sports or try... I should say(;
So what are you good at? And bad at?

Some Tips For Home
You know how I said to make home a heaven? Well my home definitely isnt a heaven. I live with my mom, brother, and grandparents temporarily. My grandma isnt the type to bake cookies for me, and neither is she the type of grandma that demands respect. Either one of those I love. Shes a bit of a coward around people, and shes kind of nasty sometimes. So naturally I get irratated at her. Then theres my grandpa who just watches TV all the time, who bosses everybody around. I dont think he deserves repect since all he does is sit like a lump on his chair. My brother, whos so, so sweet sometimes, like when I read to him, but just a jerk the other times. And when I say jerk, I mean it. He threatens to kill me, twists stories around so I'm to blame, and argues with everything I say. And theyre big arguments, sicne he always has to have the last word. I'm pretty stubborn, I know that, but if I just keep on arguing with him, hell just get violent. So I'm usually the one who stops the argument, but I still get in trouble for being the "instigator."
Truthfully, I'd just like a nice peaceful place to come home after school, but, unfortunately, thats not going to happen. And thats why I'm stressed all the time, and believe me its not healthy. Speaking from experience, I recommend that you all make home a safe haven... that should be your first step in a better, more relaxed life. School is stressing enough without home to worry about.
Clean your room. I hate cleaning, but after Ive organized my whole room, I feel so accomplished and proud and more relaxed that I dont have to stare at all my dirty clothes everywhere.
Reposition your room. After you clean it, of course. I think its so much fun to have a total remodled room, or even if you just move your bed to the other side of your room, its just so much fun to see!
Do your homework first thing when you get home. Even if you want to relax, just get the hard stuff over with so that you have that comfortable feeling of a free, stress-free evening. Then you can watch TV, read, eat, with a peace of mind that you dont have to worry about anything for the rest of the night.
If your mom yells at you to do a chore, just do it. Get it done quickly, but make sure that you dont do it so sloppy that shell notice, so you can just go back to what you were doing without someone yelling in your ear.

Seussical the Musical Jr.
Okay, my official second post! My junior high is putting on a production of Seussical the Musical, and Im one of the drama nerds, so of course I tried out for it. Actually, Im not one of those big drama people, I mean... I wish! Im just chorus in Seussical. Last year I had small parts in Peter Pan and Wendy and Annie Jr., but I had a few lines. This year I have nothing. Oh well, hurray for Jungle Animal!
Anyway, there are actually some very pretty songs in this musical. Like Alone in the Universe, and Notice Me Horton. I also am a fan of Biggest Blame Fool, its a pretty fun song. Yes these songs are very cheesy, but I picked "Alone In The Universe" to give you the lyrics, and a link to listen to the actual song. Its a very pretty melody, even if the singers(especially Horton) arent very good. I dont know... this song just makes me feel so happy. We were all singing it at rehearsal today, and I realized how touching of a song this is. Also, when Gertrude sang Notice Me Horton, the only thing I could think of is this guy who i dont talk much with who I wish would give me more attention... anyway, here are the lyrics. Please listen to the song, the beginning isnt very good, but... just listen to it, please! I love this song...
I'm alone in the universe.
So alone in the universe.
I've found magic but they don't see it
They all call me a lunatic.
Ok, call me a lunatic.
If I stand on my own, so be it.
'Cause I have wings.
Yes, I can fly
Around the moon
And far beyond the sky
And one day soon
I know there you'll be
One small voice in the universe
One true friend in the universe
Who believes in me...
I'm alone in the universe.
So alone in the universe.
My own planets and stars
Are glowing.
Alone in the universe
No one notices anything.
Not one person is listening.
They don't have any way of knowing.
Nobody knows that
I have wings
I have wings.
Yes, I can fly
I can fly
Around the moon
And far
Beyond the sky Beyond the sky
Well someday soon
You will hear my plea
One small voice in the universe
One true friend in the universe
Please believe in me
Yes, I have wings.
I have wings
And I can fly
I can fly ...
Around the moon
And far beyond the sky Beyond the sky ...
You called my name
And you set me free-
One small voice in the universe
One true friend in the universe
Who believes in me.
Goodnight Jojo.
Goodnight Horton. See you in Solla Sollew!

First Post
My school is generally a friendly place. We have the social classes, the "popular" kids to the "losers" to the "nobodies." But everyone has friends within those social classes. But honestly, I see all the bullying on the radio, newspaper articles, and I have set up this blog to help you. My friends have told me that I give really good adivce, but not only will I give advice, I'll also post stuff that will help you to feel... happier, I guess. Not as alone out there in the big wide world--but honestly, Alone You Are Not.
Everyone has a time in their life when theyve felt rediculed, and somepeople are made fun of everyday. I'd love to hear your stories, and Ill help you the best I can, but honestly, if the bullying is just terrible, go to your school counselor. Theyre just the sweetest human beings, and its gets you out of class;)
I probably wont help but put in some personal experiences that are happening right now, and please, just read it and dont hate on it. Or just dont read it. Just dont hate on it. I mean I myself dont get bullied, and im one of the lucky people in this world. But I honestly dont want to be bullied because I have started this blog to help people...
And honestly thats why I have created this blog. There are songs, movies, tv shows, personal stories that just inspire me, and make me feel like I can just be myself, and I dont understand why people have to be total bitches and horrible people. Because there are good things in this world, and seriously, why cant we all be happy? Anyway, I know thats not going to happen.
So please support by subscribing, and I promise I'll try to give the best possible advice and support! But I am a 13 year old, and you cant count on me for everything because "i am a kid and dont know anything." Whatever, adults. Sometimes I feel like I know more than you, because if I want advice I'd rather have it from a girl my age than some 40 year old person.
Another note: I am not very comfertable with my parents. I love them, I just cant talk to them about personal stuff. Hardley anything, actually, other than small talk. Its just weird to me. But I know some of my friends who have wonderful relationships with their parents, and guess what? Theyre allowed to do more things, because their parents trust them, and they dont have much family drama. Try to make your home a heaven--no problems. So when you come home from school, you can have a nice place to go back to.
